Joseph V. Deans
Joseph received his Bachelor of Arts in 1987 from St. Francis Xavier University and graduated from the Legal Assistant (Law Clerk) Program in 1990 from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology.
Joseph is a Senior Civil Litigation Law Clerk and has been with the firm since 1989. He is experienced in both defence and plaintiff matters, including motor vehicle, personal injury, commercial, slip and fall, fire loss and malpractice claims.
Joseph has a working knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedures and SABS. His responsibilities include drafting of pleadings, trial preparation, attending trials and meeting and preparing witnesses.
