Thomas I. MacLean
Thomas graduated from the Court and Tribunal Agent (Paralegal) Program on the President’s Honours List in 1999 from Seneca College of Arts and Technology.
Thomas is an Intermediate Civil Litigation Law Clerk with the firm and has been since 1999. He has experience in both defence and plaintiff matters, including motor vehicle and property loss claims. His primary work is within the jurisdiction of the Small Claims Court.
Thomas has a working knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and the Rules of the Small Claims Court. His responsibilities include drafting of pleadings, reviewing liability, damage and medical documentation, in-office Ministry of Transportation record searches and file management.
