Maria L. Baggetta
Maria graduated from the Legal Assistant (Law Clerk) Program with Honours in 1991 from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology.
Maria is a Senior Civil Litigation Law Clerk with the firm and has been since 1992. She has experience in both defence and plaintiff matters including motor vehicle, property, commercial, slip and fall, fire loss, and malpractice claims.
Maria has a working knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and SABS. Her responsibilities include drafting of pleadings, reviewing liability, damage, and medical documentation, file management, and task management.
Maria is also fluent in Italian.
