Kyle McNerney
Kyle articled at Regan Desjardins and joined the firm as an associate lawyer in 2020.
Kyle received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Guelph in 2015. Kyle received two juris doctorates from the University of Windsor Dual J.D. Program in association with the University of Detroit Mercy. While in law school, Kyle was awarded for receiving the highest mark in Professional Responsibility (2018). During his studies, Kyle interned for a Judge in Detroit and volunteered in the University of Detroit Mercy’s Criminal Trial Clinic where he represented indigent individuals charged with criminal misdemeanours
Prior to articling at Regan Desjardins, Kyle summered at one of Toronto’s busiest personal injury firms. Kyle’s primary area of practice is civil litigation focusing on insurance defense and personal injury litigation.
